This is the 3rd rent to own purchase we have made with Acceptance Now. We paid the other two off on FULL...We missed one payment on the current one and were trying to call and pay over the phone.

The customer service rep REFUSED to take a payment and stated that after 15 days late it gets sent to collections lawyer. MY ACCOUNT IS NOT EVEN 30 days PAST DUE even now!! Who turns down money??? I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional predator such as ACCEPTANCE NOW in Franklin, TN.

I HOPE YOUR LOCATION SHUTS DOWN FOR GOOD. You cannot reach corporate.

They give you numbers that you cannot reach a live person. It’s ridiculous.

They're very professional ; they don't take excuses from deadbeats. Pay your bills on time and if you don't like a company, don't patronize them.

If you have a legitimate, legal complaint, it must be handled in writing - NO telephone calls, e-mails, etc.

Writing only, and served via Certified Mail return receipt requested. You then establish a legally admissible timeline.
