So, the best example of how to handle your business you could give to your daughter was to sign something you didn't bother to read and/or understand? Gotcha...This is a great lesson to your wee lass that adults must read, ask questions and know what it is they're getting into.

She should also know not to expect empathy, sympathy or someone to "work with them" when they get into nonsense like this. Thanks for the lesson that other parents will be able to use and share.

In case you didn't get it, this is YOUR fault. This is the part where you say "you must work for them."

I went through the same deal. My husband signed the contract.

Then they told us something had to be revised. A month later we still had no furniture to speak of and our first bill was "late" They called religiously. Finally, we went to have the contract ripped up and get our down payment back. They worked with us, gave free delivery and upgraded our bed.

Acceptance Now had taken the money out of my account for the down payment AND the first bill. Naturally we were pissed. Of course there was no refund, it was just added as part of our payment.

Now they are calling from their personal cell phones and everything! This place is sketchy as *** While I appreciate the offer, not sure I will be using them again.

Details
Most people that work there, including managers at store level or district level and in some scenarios higher than those, are barely have only high school level education and it is highly doubtful that even if they really understand how it all works let alone be able to explain it to their customers. Makes you wonder, do they really look for any type of skills, experience or ability to promote those people or is it based on "brown nosing" mainly? What do you expect?

No one ever even attempted to contact me to try to make things right. And this month it’s the same thing.

And they refuse to allow you to change your payment due date.

They say they will notate it, but nothing ever happens. This is the worst company I have ever done...
