We financed our TV through Acceptance Now. I paid online, every week during our 90 days same as cash period, for the full $950 cost of the TV.

A few months later we were checking our credit to purchase a home...we saw an outstanding balance with Acceptance now of over $1,000. I thought there was a mistake. We went into their office where we were told "same as cash" payments needed to be made IN THE STORE to be applied to the balance and our agreement was changed to a "rental" status, which was now paid for several months in advance.

We asked where in the contract that was stated, we were told the sales person should have told us at the time of purchase. ...obviously no one ever told us.

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Acceptance Now. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $1000 and wants Acceptance Now to offer any options to resolve the issue.

The most disappointing in user's experience was harassing phone calls if a payment is a day late. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
