U pay a high monthly fee and only 34 dollars go towards your cost and the majority goes to them as their rental fees altho the only thing their rep can say is its in the contract I have an attorney reviewing reviewing said contract. This is highway robbery and people with credit challenges are being taking advantage of.

Thank you for what not to do if you're a functioning adult. Functioning adults don't miss "fine print" which by the way, by law must be bolded so people like you will actually see it.

You either didn't bother to read the terms you agreed to or did not understand them and now want to blame others for your problems.

My and I purchased a washer and dryer set we have made EVERY payment ON TIME , now at the end of the contract some creative math has come in to play. Okay, the battle beings according to my contract i am paid in full but their math says i owe 2 more payments. after talking to the store clerk was told I have to talk to the store manager , she contact you in 24 hours ok thanks Jasmine I say well 3 MONTHS LATER NO Store manager, now I called corporate office WOW come to find out that JASMINE is the store manager , and the district manager Delicia will contact me in 48 hours thank you , well that didn`t happen now she gets an additional 2 hours and the saga continues.

Sounds like you didn't bother to read and/or understand what you signed up for. This is an easy win for you. Pull your contract...IF you didn't agree to this you're good.

IF not, thanks for the cautionary tale that warns people to understand what they're signing and be ready to execute a contract or be hit with major fat interest. Thanks for posting.

Here's what you do, pul your contract and show them the "work with me clause" and they'll take care of you. If you don't have a clause like that, all they have to go by is the contract you signed.

This means you have to learn to budget if you want to make your notes on time. Another thing is to cut off whatever you're using to post this nonsense and pay your note off quicker.

Very Rude Manager | Acceptance Now review from District 1, Tennessee

Returned a call about my bill. After speaking to a very rude agent, my call was forwarded to the manager. The manager was very rude. She rushed me and over talked me as I was trying to get my bill sorted out. I eventually had to discontinue the call due to overwhelming disrespect.
