I purchased furniture not even a week ago and changed my mind. When I called and cancelled I asked for a refund of the deposit I put down, I was told in these exact words "uh no", I was a little taken back but asked what she meant and she said that was a processing fee there is no refund.
I explained I was told it was a down payment and nothing in my paperwork states that it was non-refundable and I would like to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager and I could not have a refund. I asked for her manager she said I will email him. I asked for his name and she said "no". She was very rude and I will never deal with this company again.
I will get my refund if I have to report you to the BBB and any and all other places. After looking at your reviews you should not even be in business.
