If you judge the company as a way to build your credit and no other services are needed, than you are at the right place. I purchased a sectional and recliner.
Both had to be sent out for repairs. That was a BIG mistake. The original call was made on March 3rd. I'm still dealing with waiting to get the recliner returned.
I am the one that has to make the calls to find out what is going on. I'm working with one of the managers and it is not a pleasant experience. The short tone shows poor customer service. I called today and spoke with the manager again.
I was told that the recliner will be delivered tomorrow between noon and 2. I don't even think she asked my name! I'm just very tired of dealing with it. I'd be perfectly fine if the company called and told me the status.
I understand that parts are not available or things become missing.
