have been customer with you since 2015 have purchased item paid off within 90 days however my last experience with Carlos & his team has been unexplainable, I was injury at work and out with no benefits I explain I was apply for short term disability and was told to pay my account current and would be able to use my protection plan I drop all documentation to Bob in Avon My account was never activated I had no income since 2/18 until june 30 2018 I return to work Know I am being told today by women would said she is supervisor my account will go into charge off at the end of the month and she hung up.
I have never been so disappointed in my life I will report this company to BBB and will find out what I can do even small claim court.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $2000.
Preferred solution: start over and re- due my payments due to payment made and lie from Management .
Acceptance Now Cons: Lied to after being customer since 2015 disapoinment.
