This company is unbelievable. I bought furniture in 2016 for about $2000. I have been paying over $200 a month since December of 2016. When I called to find out how much it would cost to get out of the contract they told me $1700 dollars.
How are these people in business or is it just because of suckers like me??
I spoke to a rep the other day who said they used to charge 3X the amount of the furniture if you stayed in the contract for the entire time, but they changed it to 2x.. That was a lie because the manager later on told me that it was 3X.
The manager then said they would talk to the district manager to see if we could come to a settlement price and she would call me back.. 3 hrs later I had to call back to be told the district manager said no. what you didn't have the balls to call me back yourself????
When I am late with a payment you have the balls to harass both myself and my reference who I specifically told you to stop calling. Health problems and all but you don't seem to care.
I then say I want out of the contract and to pick up the furniture. She then tells me well if the furniture is not in pristine condition they won't pick it up.. But if I don't pay you would be coming to my house instantly for the furniture and then ruin my credit for repossession.
If you need to rent items I strongly suggest you stay the *** away from this company. Your better off paying it with a credit card.. Even one of the repair credit cards would be better than this so called usury business.
