I informed then in September that I was out of work on disability since 8/26/16. Instead of filing a claim on my behalf I was threatened for non payment.

Then I was asked to pay my insurance in order to get an extension of 2 weeks. I recieved a call everyday, several times a day for payment while in my bed sick. The claim was never filed by them I had to do it after reaching out to them for a month for the papers. I filed the claim on 1/12/17 and was denied.

Reason given was that I took too long??? Customer service is horrible and the District manager is even worse.

Never buy anything from them and yes they are also a rip off. ..Hired a lawyer is the current status...

Reason of review: You harassed me for 4 months for payment when you should have filed the insurance claim instead. Now I have been denied due your greed and lack of professionalism..

Preferred solution: I want my account paid as this is why I had insurance.

I didn't like: Deceptive practices.

No you do not work with customers. I talked with Manager at Acceptance One and I was told they understand my family situation, which was a death in my family, but they need the furniture returned. So how is this working with the customer and understanding "life happens?"
