I have a damaged couch, i have been calling since Sept. And no o e has returnes my calls or contacted me.

I refuse to make a payment on merchandise that i pay for a warrent on, umtil they fix my couch.

They will call me everyday for my payment, no one wil call me back about fixing it!! Very poor customer service!!

Same i wanted to return mine bc its already falling apart and i just bought it!!! Never use it and they came to get it but wouldn't take it back!!

Im so furious & refuse to make a payment. I have the warranty as well , its not like they couldnt fix it theyre just lazy *** who still wanna get paid for their dumb ***
