LOL...You probably should keep the couch as you will be paying for it a long time and/or your not paying for it will be on your credit. This is your fault for not reading and understanding what you signed. Secondly, don't be a day late paying them as you said you would and they won't call you and anyone who you put down as someone not living with you.

YOU can't sue. YOU signed your name and now are on the hook for the money.

If YOU didn't like the terms, YOU and anyone foolish enough to co-sign for you should have left and done without the junk you purchased but no, you just had to have it right? Let this be a lesson to everyone else, if YOU don't bother to read and/or understand, like the terms, don't sign.

I paid for a whole year all payments on time and once it was paid off, it showed up as a bad debt,closed account and a year later it still is showing on my credit as a closed account. I paid every month on time and the last one was paid off a month early.

I will be returning my items because im sick of them bugging me BEFORE my payment is due. $200 a month is not exactly cheap and ive been paying this since March 2019 , but ill take the lost and just lay away my bedset else where before i go deeper into money lost. Yall are worsom. I dont neccessarily NEED the bedroom set, just wanted it. Therefore, yall can have it. For example , im due on the 22nd, i received a call on the 20th and the 21st. They call any time of the day and yea im annoyed especially while im working and pissed about it. I can see them calling if ive passed my pay date, i refuse to give yall another dime.
