Hi, my name is Patricia Pearson and I'm one of your customers; I'm being threatened by one of your store managers about merchandise that's I've received; I'm only 13 days late and the manager as she stays is threatening to come and pick up the merchandise or for me to bring it into the store, which is Brandsmart on 16051 S.Dixie Hwy (fh4)... this is not what the contract states; it states that I have to be 45 days later and they have to give me a 10 days notice of the return of your merchandise; I really don't think that this is fair; their harassment of me; yes I've been later before, but still I've paid the bill before the 45 day late period...I'm not canceling the agreement, I'm just running a Lil late on the payment. Can you all help me with this or explain a little better the agreement?
