I was leasing to own a dining set and bedroom set for my daughter. The furniture kept showing up to my house damaged.
It was replaced three times, and still damaged. They said they would schedule a pickup. I spoke with three different people who claimed they would schedule it, and it's been over two weeks and none of them have returned my call. They called looking for a payment and I haven't paid them yet because the furniture was supposed to be picked up.
They said they would pick it up if it was in good condition. I didn't receive it in good condition, so how can it be in good condition when they pick it up?
