Pre-COVID-19 I asked to pay my balance in full. The representative in Durham NC gave me the run around and I could not understand what was going on. Later, after being contacted by another location they informed me one of the payments I made was reversed. Stated I went into the Durham location on said date and had them reverse a payment. That was a lie! I have a home camera, and I was at home the entire day!! So after being denied the ability to pay off before the mountain load of interest you reversed a previously paid payment to make it seem like I owe more than I really do!!! To me that screams scam!!! Then COVID-19 they called every day!! I informed them I was a displaced employee his response well what can you pay today...... I checked, and they have now charged my account 3 times what the value of the chair originally cost and I paid over half before leaving the store!!! The chair is now broken. The repair warranty is non-existing and I continue to receive excessive calls even when everything but the grocery stores were closed!!!

Acceptance Now - Upset

I lost wages I have 3 kids and we are practically homeless til I get my taxes. My sister is helping us with a roof we are sleeping in a living room with all our stuff in a storage.

Iv been talking to acceptance now for over 5 months that I cant pay and I want to return the merchandise but they refuse to take anything back they want payment smh. Do I rob a bank or shoot my self I dont have it I told them to put me in a payment plan of $100 for seven months til I pay what I owe while returning the electronics no the store manager or the assistant Julia refuse to help at this point they can do what they want . If they want to take legal action so be it . I dont have anything to give anyway .

Its sad because Ive gotten things from there before and paid off in fool who cares for the customer if they are between a rock and a hard place they want the money and thats it. I cant wait to get back on my feet and let everyone no in my family and friends to never go to any of there stores.

I touch about 100 people a day at my job Ill make it my mission to let everyone I possibly can what a trash company this is and to read all the reviews of the fraud and scams these people do. Its so sad it has to end this way iv been a Rac customer for over 10 years and acceptance now for 5 years crazy .

Man Zachary is rude af he said that I lied about my pay day and questioned why I didn’t make a payment when I got my first check it’s was pennies and it went to my rent... we argued for 10 minuets...

I’ve never been so upset in my life... I’m trying to get ahold of corporate but the line is down...

I’m not even a month late and they call and call and *** call... I can’t pull money out my *** I made a payment today and another is due next week with all this corona virus bs it’s not happening and they don’t even care about that they just want money...

Can't Reach Anyone to Pay Off

I've been trying to call them since April 2nd when they left a vmail....on hold for hours/daily....emails go unanswered....I understand that we are in a pandemic but can't your people work from home to at least answer calls and take payments? WTF!!! This is the worst situation because my interest is supposed to start in June and I'm at the point of refusing to pay any interest!! Website only gives me option to pay their desired amount and I want to see my balance and pay the whole thing offWtf

I am in the same boat, 120 period ends soon and I can't get a hold of anyone to pay it off. I can only pay the minimum. I don't know what to do.

Not sure if you are dealing with same location or not but I ended up calling the store to see if they were there and they were. He said that I couldn't just come up there because it was by appointment only.

Kept calling and was getting the same thing....just called them and girl answered the phone I'm on hold now ...wish me luck that she comes back to the phone. I'll come back and let you know.

Billing and contract deadlines amidst corona virus/ no one answering my calls at office.

I have been trying to contact them for over a week now with no answer. I spoke to the manager at the location where I bought my furniture and the manager informed that his manger or supervisor would call me in the following days. I never received the call back. Of course I have emailed and even called the district manager but unfortunately I was told that they can only extend my 90 day payout for one week only even though we are in a national shutdown and pandemic with the corona virus. Many people have lost jobs and are trying to put food on the table and keep a roof over their heads. All the other companies are accommodating their customers by extending payment deadlines and/or waiving this month! I would never get furniture with them again.

Had cash to pay for the furnature. But was told going through them would help my credit score. So I made the mistake of trusting them. Had I not been watching for my monthly withdrawal to happen...they would not have processed the payment. They claim that they had the wrong card number; which was a lie. They just wanted me to be stuck with 300 interest. But I caught that *** I ended up paying $200+ just to be in the program (not originally stated), my credit score immediately DROPPED by 54 points, just by adding them, paid it off in full within 120 days; my credit score went up by 1 point. DON'T ACCEPT THEIR LIES ABOUT IMPROVING YOUR CREDIT SCORE. Had I known they were working under RAC...I would have never even considered financing.

I have been laid off due to this COVID-19 pandemic. I called to work out extending my payments, and they said sure we will just double your next payment. This is not helping but making even harder. How can a consumer which I agreed to the outstanding high interest rates which average 47%. WOW. I have made my payments on time, and they are not low per month. 342.00. So now you expect a consumer to pay 784.00 after being laid off bill's piled up and for a luxury furniture too pay double or return after putting thousands into owning it. That is *** poor ownership of a company to not, be more understanding of what is not only happening to me but our country!!!!! And really why does the interest have to be so high. Don't they think having a better payment set up with lower interest rate would bring even more customers and loyalty???? You my grandmother always said pigs get fat hogs get slaughtered. Well I see all reviews going on about this company it seems the doors to the slaughter house are starting to open. R

The line is busy and I am receiving bad customer service. No one is calling me back. They sent me a text stating my bill to be paid and their online service is not working. It keeps telling me to create new passwords. Which I have done. Noone is picking up on the several phone numbers and I have been given a new deadline. Which is friday to pay my bill. Store is closed. I cant get through to anyone. Bad customer service

I am disgusted as well with this company. I am now behind on my payments because of a salesrep by the name of Yvonne from Casa Leaders in Long beach.

The constant harassing calls on your due date and on the day you tell them you coming. On top of everything I have a family member who is dying and the pandemic in which they have no empathy for. She had the nerve to tell me that I was not affected by covid19. Everyone is affected by the pandemic, whether it be mentally,physically or financially.

I can't get through on line to make a payment and no one is answering the phones.

They sent me a threatening letter. I am beyond fed up with these unprofessional idiots.

Hello everyone... I just want to let everyone know this is the worse company i have ever encounter in my life... if i could give negative star to this company i would.... If you dont want your money to be steel from you .....please go to another company.. they lie in your face and can put you in a worse condition in your credit score than before .... if you are not smart with them... i used this program on january 2, 2020... and they over charge me $700 dollars even though i pay it in full with their early option .. also it is really hard to get in contact with them and to make payments online ......which mean... that the contract you signed the first day will allow them to get the most money out of you...... if you want to be scammed...... Over all i DONT RECOMMEDED THIS COMPANY

I know this will be hard for you but you're going to have to write a letter. Include all back up to show you paid it on time.

If this is on your credit, send the same letters(registered) to get them to force the company to counter your claim. Calls are worthless...

Letters can be documented and used just in case they try to sue you. You may have to get an 8th grader to write the letters for you but you'll be fine.

I saw all the bad reviews &; just paid mines off in 3 weeks lol I didnt want any mix ups I got my ownership certificate with no problem. But if u dont pay in 90 days everything will double Read YOUR Contracts!!! Its just like a lot of other loans(car note). If u start signing off paperwork without reading it, shame on you. My Bed was worth every cent!
