If you know who did this and there is a bank record of it being done, there should be a record in their systems as to who took the payment. You said you "forwarded" the information to the store.

Forget about that! GO THERE IN PERSON.

It's much harder to get rid of a person who is standing there as opposed to a phone call or e-mail. Find out that person's name and ask specifically for them.

Awful place to work and do business. Worked for them for 2 years. You would think doing business would’ve been easy considering i knew the managers. Not at all! Out of spite they’re refusing to pick up for over a month, hurting my credit. Won’t even give me an extension until they can pick up. Smh. But when you stop communicating bc you’re over it bc it’s now 3 months later and they want to harass you for non payment, screw you!

This is our current issue with them, they lied to us straight up and now get a attitude when i called 2xs in 6 months. I just want a reasonable rate without all the shenanigans and over kill on the made up charges. How can you can have a contract but they can change the terms when it suits them this whole thing and the stories are horrible.
