I called to make my July payment, and was told that my 120 Day option will be expiring on 8/4/17. How could that be if I received my merchandise on April 15th.

That's not 120 days. I called Acceptance Now and asked how could my 120 Day option expire on 8/4/17. The Manager( Jenna) said that the 120 Day Option starts when you sign the paperwork and that was 4/6/17. I informed her that it was never explained to me that the 120 Day Option started on the day of signing.

Then Jenni said, It's in the email that was sent to you." I replied, the Acceptance Now Rep (Mason) did not explain that to me. I was so frustrated with Jenna, I slammed the phone down.

I have done business with Acceptance Now in the past and never had a problem. I will never do business with them again.
