I purchase some furniture in 2013 which total to 1500.00 from FFO. When I receive the furniture it needed some repair to the sofa.

The set suppose to been new but need repair. I told them about it they kept saying they were going to send somebody out but the company was always booked up. Now it 2016 I'M still paying for the furniture which is way over amount of the furniture price. I believe I been out of 4000 instead of 1500 price tag.

WHY? Another thing when you don't make the payment before or on due date you get call three times a day till you make the payment.

BUT NO PHONE CALL after that! I guess that's what your company call good customer service.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $3000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Acceptance Now Cons: Contract loopholes, Mislead.

My fiancรฉ and I recently purchased furniture from location in Sherwood Arkansas. We honestly stopped by just to look at things.

Our salesman, Eddie seemed to be nice and Genuine. We found a sofa we both liked and the price tag said $1400. He told us they had a program where we could make monthly payments. At first I wasnโ€™t too sure but after he told us he and his wife just purchased and the program they used helped their credit we decided to buy.

I wrote all the info they were giving us down. Upon driving home I noticed I wrote down $229/18 months. It was late that evening, when the associate was giving me all the info I guess I wrote that without even having her explain . I called the salesman back immediately and asked...

we arenโ€™t having to make a $229 payment for 18 month right? He jokingly laughed and said no your price is whatโ€™s on the invoice. Since February we have made all of our payments and I knew we were getting close to being done. I just called credit acceptance to get our balance and the rep told me weโ€™re still due for another $3000 ...

right then and there I just started to cry because I knew we had been screwed. I explained my situation, even tho I already felt it wouldnโ€™t change anything ...He told me that salesman (Eddie) no longer worked there and basically thereโ€™s nothing more they can do. I honestly would have Never paid $4000 for a 3person sofa. I donโ€™t want my credit affected so we will continue to pay on time, however I will do everything I can to get my store out there.

I feel as tho that salesman just wanted to get his numbers up. I know everything happens for a reason but I am truly at this moment an angry,confused , upset customer
