This company is such a scam they lure people with not-so-great credit making them think as if their credit will be better this will help the credit I do notice that it does help the credit but the interest rates are ridiculous I am actually paying more in interest rates than what I paid for the furniture alone it makes no sense how they taking my money every month and my payments are never accurate I know for a fact how much I pay every month and when it's due they seem to not know anything but give me give me give me give me give me I wish I... I hate I purchased furniture from RacAccepance.they are a rip off company.every time I call about my balance it never change and I make my payment every month on time they tell me my balance about thousands and I will call again 3or four month it still the same I report it no one reply back this is the worst furniture store to purchased any thing from.I want good credit I believe that is why they are ripping people out of their little money.so they will keep paying it.do not purchased from RacAcceptance you will end up homeless rip off Read more

I contacted one of the RAC personnel to advise because of the way my pay falls from time to time I may have to make my payment on a certain day. Mind you I'm calling to advise of the date not saying I cannot afford the payment and high interest I'm paying. I was told (the same as another customer who also posted here if) to call and let them know whenever that will happen and they would put a note in the system and that they appreciated that I advised them. Purchased a bed room set after paying off about 120% of the cost in less than 10 months, I went to the store to find out why I'm still paying. Come to find out that I owe more than I originally purchased because of fees. I would be on the hook for 3 more years. I paid off the balance in full that day and now I am struggling to get them to stop charging my account membership fees. It is really amazing how all the reviews are the same and from different states!! My experience is some of the same of being hounded and threatened because I didn't pay on time however my issue was the different customer service reps told me different things and then the on line site to pay DOES NOT work and there WERE 2 accounts on then would not let me pay anyway. I have been paying on my furniture for well over 2 years. Last couple of months I have been asking what my balance is it seems like it never goes down. One of the workers is very pleasant, the other ones are rude. They call me and my job and contacts constantly. I am definitely considering legal action. I feel this is wrong.
